Housing Market Demand
This graph shows Housing Market Demand Activity from 2013 to 2018. Under the Monthly Demand, Tour, and Offers tab, you will find the number of customers requesting for tours and making purchase offers, as well as the Demand Index for the period. Under the Metro-Level Demand Tab, you will find the demand indexes for the national as well as the metro-level. You can toggle the Select Metro menu on the right to view the demand indexes of the 15 metro areas.
